Come And See Me…In Toronto!

October 15, 2016

You guys and gals…I’m headed to Toronto next week!
I’ve been creepin’ on the creative community within Toronto for months now. There’s something about the energy…not to mention some of my favorite artists (Drake and Majid Jordan) are from there. I mean there are some amazing artists, personalities and boss babes from the 6ix – Kay Ray, Rupi Kaur, Hate Copy, DVSN, etc. So I looked at my calendar and finally booked a trip (thanks Kat!).
Because I love to travel so often, I’ve started to realize that it would be really smart if I also made new connections/friends or hosted an event while I’m in a different city. I spoke with my friend (and super genius doctor) Rhea and we decided to collaborate on an event. Lo and behold, the second edition of The Vulnerability Files! An Oprah-style interview that I started this past July, TVF is a new series of events that’s hosted under Femme & Fortune. This second round will have me interviewing Rhea on self-care myths, goal-setting, creating routines and more for creatives. I’m excited to see this event come together and even more excited to host MY.FIRST.INTERNATIONAL.EVENT. (Shoutout to Hamza and Splash Effect for allowing me to use their office!)
Take a look at the flyer below and click here to RSVP if you’re in the Toronto area next Wednesday, October 19th! If you’re in Toronto in general and available the 17th-20th, hit a girl up! I’ll be working/touristing/meeting peeps/etc. I hope Toronto is ready for me hehe.
