I just came out of a Levo League workshop today where we spent two hours planning out our goals for 2015. It was much needed to put my life in perspective because 2014 was such a rollercoaster – personally and professionally. We were asked what “word” defined 2014 for us, and I said “confidence.” I’ve become so much more confident as a woman, business owner, friend, etc. this year. I enjoy being bolder than before, pushing more limits, and testing boundaries all around me. I always say this one phrase whenever I can’t think of anything else to say – “You can’t win ’em all.” Yeah, I know it’s a random filler phrase, but I think 2015 will have a new motto – “What’s the worst that can happen?” This new found confidence in me has been pushing me to be a better person each day, and I think my new “motto” will remind me to take more risks and jump at more opportunities.
I’d love to dig deeper into my year with another blog post soon. I think there’s a lot to learn about where I was each month and the progress I’ve had as an individual and small business owner. There’s only one way for me to keep going and that’s onwards and upwards.
So tell me, what are some of your goals for 2015? They can be huge ones or even tiny ones that lead to something bigger. Spill the beans in the comments below!
