Entrepreneurship, Hustle

August 23, 2015

Found this gem while scouring the internet (aka I was testing out the search engine Duck Duck Go because they’re a local Philly startup and fighting the big fight against Google’s search engine – read this). Anyway, I found this video from when I was interning as a Marketing Coordinator for the Dean of Students at Temple U. It was an awesome internship where I got to think of and implement creative ideas for the student body. One idea that I loved was “Sweet Tooth Thursdays” where we used some of our marketing budget to throw a big sugarfest in our Student Center – think tubs of ice cream and toppings for sundaes, candy, cookies and brownies. The goal was to encourage students to come out and binge on sugar instead of some gross, mysterious jungle juice at a questionable frat house. I’m sure students did both, but at least they got to enjoy their Thursday night with us!

Hey, I’m Melissa!
