Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, we offer flexible payment schedules. We ask for a non-refundable deposit of 25% from the total fee and the remaining project fee divided evenly over the next three months. Projects with faster turnarounds will require a 50% deposit before we begin any work. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or Venmo.

  • Yes! Depending on what the project scope is, you may need to have certain content ready (photos, copy, brand strategy, etc.) in order for us to begin our work.

  • At this time, we use Squarespace for our web design process and Adobe/Canva for graphic design purposes. Possible integrations needed can be discussed at the time of your consultation call.

  • All projects come with up to three free revisions for all brand identity designs and website designs. After your free revisions, each revision will be charged at our hourly fee of $150. We'll let you know when we're close to going beyond the number of revisions.

  • If you like what you see in the proposal, we'll send over a contract and an invoice to secure your spot on our calendar. Depending on your launch date, we can either start your project right away or set a date in the near future, giving you some time to get all of your assets together!

  • Yes! We provide free support for your project up to 7 business days after the project ends and your final invoice is paid for minimal adjustments and changes. For full-on web maintenance or future edits, we charge our hourly rate of $150/hour.
