Before our VIP Design day, we will predetermine a prioritized list of tasks that we will realistically be able to complete within 8-hours. You’re also welcome to book multiple days if 1 is not enough.

  • Nope! I can't guarantee anything like promise results or sure-fire answers, because no one can! I will guarantee that I'll do my very best to help you and give you my full efforts. I also don't offer any refunds after the call has been booked and paid for. You can always postpone your call, but cancellations and finished calls have a strict no-refund policy.

Note: When you’re booking a VIP Design Day, you’re paying for a full day of my uninterrupted services to get done as much as we realistically can. 99% of the time, we can complete the workload we determined beforehand. However, clients will have to book another half day or full day in order to cross out all the tasks in the list occasionally.

How Does It Work?

  • 1) Book a Day

    Ready to book? Yay! Scroll to the booking widget below to choose a day that works best for you, keeping in mind you will have 1-2 weeks of prep work to complete before we can work together. Make sure you choose a date where you’ll be available to communicate throughout the day for revisions, feedback, etc. Your date will be secured with your 50% deposit payment

  • 2) Prep for the Day

    Once you’ve paid your deposit, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page with the next steps. You’ll need to fill out a Client Onboarding & Logins form (for website design projects) and a Branding Questionnaire form (for branding/graphic design projects). Any content we don’t receive will be left with filler text (Lorem Ipsum) or stock photos.

  • 3) Strategy Meeting

    A week or two before our Design Day we will have a strategy call to review your transformation requests. We will be able to work through any questions either of us may have and strategize on the plan of action we will take. I will be able to give you a good idea of all of the items I will likely be able to accomplish in a Design Day.

  • 4) Design Day

    Watch the changes take place to your site as I work quickly and efficiently to implement your wish list of changes. We will be communicating regularly throughout the day so that I can get your immediate feedback so there are no delays.

    You have 7 hours of my complete attention to your webWe’ll start off the day with a kick-off call in the morning to go over your project. For branding projects, we’ll present two branding and logo concepts after a few hours, followed by one round of revisions/edits. For website design projects, we’ll start with redesigning your homepage and present it to you via a password-protected link. Once approved, we’ll work on the other pages of your site and send it your way for a round of revisions. From there, we’ll do all the technical stuff needed behind the scenes and prepare your site for launch!

  • 5/ Day After

    The remaining 50% balance is due the day after the design day.

    I will also provide any instructions or training videos as required for the changes I have made to your site.

  • New List Item

    6/ Support

    Your Design Day transformation includes 30 days of post intensive support relating to the work we accomplished where you can ask me any questions and I can follow up with any tutorials or training videos as required.
